Edinburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, commercial and industrial floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, and related surface preparation services. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Edinburg, TX and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work for any project will be described in a written estimate or proposal provided before work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing and reflect the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. Estimates are based on a visual inspection of the space and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if conditions are discovered during the project that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate - such as hidden moisture, previous coatings that require removal, or structural damage to the concrete.
Any changes to the scope of work that affect the price will be communicated to the customer in writing before the additional work is performed. We will not charge for out-of-scope work without your prior approval.
Appointments and project start dates are scheduled in advance and depend on crew availability, material lead times, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule a project if conditions are not suitable for safe or quality installation - such as extreme heat, high humidity, or active rain.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee. Any deposit paid to secure materials or hold a project date is non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the customer after materials have been ordered.
We ask that the work area be completely cleared before our crew arrives on the scheduled start date. If the space is not cleared and the project cannot begin, the start date may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate provided before work begins. A deposit is typically required to secure your project date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the crew leaves the site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee. If a project requires collection action, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred by Edinburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring.
We reserve the right to stop work on a project if payment terms are not honored during a multi-phase job.
We stand behind our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in writing in your estimate or project agreement. In general, our workmanship warranty covers defects in the application of coatings or surface preparation caused by our crew - not damage caused by misuse, impacts, improper cleaning products, or conditions outside our control (such as flooding, foundation movement, or changes in the underlying slab after completion).
Warranty claims must be reported to us in writing. We will inspect the reported issue and, if it falls within the scope of our workmanship warranty, we will repair or remedy it at no charge. We are not responsible for product manufacturer defects - those are covered by the product manufacturer and we will assist you in filing a claim if applicable.
Except as stated in a written warranty provided to you, all services are provided "as is." We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your written project agreement.
We do not warrant that coatings will perform beyond the manufacturer specifications, or that the floor will be free from defects caused by concrete movement, substrate failure, moisture intrusion not detectable at the time of installation, or misuse after completion. Floors in environments with heavy chemical exposure, extreme temperature cycling, or unusually heavy vehicle traffic may have reduced service life.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edinburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the performance of the floor and may void warranty coverage.
If you have a concern or dispute about a project, please contact us first. We prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly. Most concerns can be addressed with a phone call or a site visit.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or from a project performed by Edinburg Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring must be filed in the appropriate court in Hidalgo County, TX.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
